Sales Tax Policy The
OpticsSpot.com website may advertise and/or offer to sell
merchandise without sales tax. These offers are extended
to all United States purchases except those where the
billing address of the purchaser is located within the
State of Louisiana. Since our principle place of business
is located within Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana we must
apply a sales tax to these purchases. The current state
sales tax rate for Louisiana is 4%.

Quality and Pricing
Optics Spot is committed to providing the best deals for
sport optics and related gear on the web. We are constantly
working to ensure that are prices and deals are the best
anywhere. We represent only the very finest manufacturers
of optical instruments. Some items are discount restricted
by manufacturers and cannot be sold for less than listed
prices. Occasionally Optics Spot will offer special incentives
such as free shipping and/ or special gifts as an additional
value on these items. If you find a product we carry for
a lower price please let us know at sales@opticsspot.com.
We will do our best to meet or beat that price.
Note of Caution: Some retailers will offer illegally obtained
products, including grey market goods, and offer them
for sale at deep discounts. Optics Spot only sells items
obtained directly from the manufacturer or authorized agents,
and we sell them at the lowest prices allowed by the manufacturer.
If you find items for less elsewhere beware. The purchase
of illegally obtained items carries no valid warranty.
Shipping
and Handling
We understand our customers expect fast and secure delivery.
All orders are generally processed the day received. All
in stock items are generally shipped the next business day
if received prior to 9pm. Unless you choose a freight upgrade
most orders are shipped UPS ground service and will arrive
in 7 to 10 days. Enhanced delivery services include UPS
2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air. UPS does not currently ship
on weekends and national holidays.
International
Orders
Optics Spot reviews international orders on an individual
case by case basis. Only orders of significant quantity
will be considered. No international credit card orders
are accepted. All international orders must be paid in full
with US funds by wire transfer prior to product shipment.
Quoted shipping rates or special incentives for free freight
listed on our web site do not apply to international orders.
Special shipping and handling charges will apply and should
be confirmed prior to transfer of funds. Parties interested
in international orders should contact us by email at specialorders@opticsspot.com.
Alaska
and Hawaii Orders
We will be glad to process orders for our customers in Alaska
and Hawaii. However, orders to these states carry higher
shipping costs. Quoted shipping rates or special incentives
for free freight listed on our web site do not apply on
sales to Alaska, or Hawaii. Special shipping and handling
charges will apply and should be confirmed prior to transfer
of funds. Parties interested in orders to Alaska and Hawaii

Merchandise
Damaged During Delivery
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Slightly damaged
packaging should be noted to delivery personnel, thoroughly
inspected, and denoted on delivery receipt. Grossly damaged
items should be refused. All damaged or missing items must
be reported by you to delivering carrier. The carrier is
responsible for merchandise damaged in shipping and they
will contact us to reship damaged goods. If you have concerns
regarding items damaged during delivery please contact us
at service@opticsspot.com.
Product Returns
and Exchanges
Optics Spot wants our customers to be completely happy with
their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with
your order you may return it within 30 days from date of
delivery for a full refund,
(less all shipping charges). All items must be returned
in new condition in the original box, with all of the original
packaging and product information. Optics Spot reserves
the right to impose a 15% restocking fee or refuse a refund/exchange on any sale for
items that have any indication of use, or which are returned without
all product or packaging information.
If
have your product for over 30 days and become aware of a
manufactures defect, please refer to the manufactures warranty
statement and contact the manufacturer directly. If you
have any problems with the manufacturer or need any assistance
of any kind please contact us at service@opticsspot.com

Rifle Scope Return Policy:
Rifle scopes may be returned within 30 days so long as they
have not been mounted, (placing the scope in rings or
attaching to a weapon constitutes mounting). Once mounted a
rifle scope is considered used and used products are not
eligible for refund, exchange, or return. Please be sure
that this is the scope you want prior to mounting. If the
scope is suspected of being defective it must be returned to
the manufacturer for warranty service.

How
to Return Product
Please ship packages using UPS ground service. For your
protection all items must insured with return carrier for
full product value. Please include a copy of the original
invoice with your return.

the right to correct typographic, photograph, and/or descriptive
errors. Posted prices, terms and policies are subject to
change without notice.
Privacy Policy
The privacy of our customers is of great importance to us.
The information submitted by our customers for purchases,
email specials, or for other purposes will be used exclusively
for the service of our customers. We do not share any information
with third parties except to fulfill orders placed by our
customers, or for warranty, rebate, product service, or
similar purposes. No personal information about our customers
will be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
Advertised Statements Regarding
Price Occasionally the OpticsSpot.com store will
make promotional offers regarding price matches, low price
guarantees, beat that deal guarantees, or similar statements
and offers. These promotional offers are made in good faith
as an ongoing service commitment to our customers by
demonstrating our commitment to competitive pricing.
However, we refuse to be taken advantage of by anyone
attempting to provide false or misleading information with
the intention of obtaining a lower price. The sole
determination of what is a legitimate competitive price
offering will be at the sole discretion of the OpticsSpot.com store management.
General “Terms and Conditions” are as
follows:
- The item must be in stock and
available for immediate purchase and shipment from the
company advertising the item. The company must have a
physical store location in the U.S., and must be
authorized by the manufacturer to sell the product in the
U.S. as an “Authorized US Dealer”. Offers from online
auction sites, shopping portals, and wholesale /
membership clubs are excluded.
- The item must be identical to the
one sold on our store. For example, it must have the same
model number and contain all the same accessories or
components, and have the full force and effect of the
manufacturer’s warranty. Manufacturer closeouts,
demonstrators, or previous generation models are excluded.
- The OpticsSpot.com store reserves the
right to verify any competitive offering with respect to
availability, price, or any other aspect of quality or
legitimacy of the product or offer. Email examples or
offers, or graphic screen shots are not acceptable as
proof of a competitors price. The offer must be live and
current at the time of the request.
- Competitive coupons and/or special
rebates are excluded from these offers, but may be
considered at the discretion of OpticsSpot.com management.
- The cost of shipping and/or handling
fees will also be considered when determining actual and
total cost to the consumer. If proof of shipping and
handling charges are not supplied with the competitive
offering, then we may apply standard UPS published
shipping charges to the offering.
- If a competitive offer involves a
free or discounted item we reserve the right to disqualify
that offering.
- The OpticsSpot.com store may limit
purchase quantities to one, (1) unit, on any pricing based
store incentive.
- Any price based incentive we may
offer specifically excludes products sold or offered for
sale at gun shows, grand openings, anniversaries,
clearances, liquidations, wholesale/membership clubs,
internet auction sites, shopping portals, loyalty
programs, distributors, or wholesalers. They also exclude
items which are being purchased for the intent of resale.
